One important limit: we are an independent comparison site, not a sportsbook. We cannot access your betting account, release a withheld withdrawal, reverse a bonus forfeiture, lift a limit or complete your KYC check. Only the operator's own support desk can do those things. What we can do is record the problem, check whether other readers have reported the same pattern, and reflect it in the review.
